Richmond American Homes has opened a professionally decorated showhome at the nature-first community of TrailMark in St. Johns County. The new model offers more choices for homebuyers at the community.

“The Appleby is just one of the many new versatile options that Richmond American Homes has to offer at TrailMark,” Gaynelle James, GreenPointe Communities marketing director said. “Our community builders know exactly what homebuyers want, and they offer a wide variety of designs to meet the needs and lifestyle of today’s families.”

The 2,460-square-foot Appleby model at TrailMark opens into a foyer, revealing 9-foot ceilings and hardwood floors that flow into the entertaining area that includes a great room, dining nook and classic white gourmet kitchen. Designer details include herringbone backsplash tile, Shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and matching Fresnel pendant lighting. A covered and screened patio offers appealing spaces for outdoor living.

The main floor also has a laundry and three bedrooms — including a master suite with a walk-in closet and a private bath. Upstairs, there’s a versatile loft space with bonus room, fourth bedroom and bathroom.

“The flexibility of our floor plans appeals to a wide range of homebuyers,” Michael Carlo, Richmond American Division president, said. “With hundreds of interior options available at Richmond’s Home Gallery showroom and complimentary designer assistance, buyers have the opportunity to truly personalize each plan to meet the specific needs of their family.”

At TrailMark, Richmond American Homes offers three- to five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,100 square feet to more than 2,900 square feet priced from the mid-$200s.
