Kids Sing-a-Long set for Sunday in Nocatee
Now is the Time with two vocalists will lead a free Kids Sing-a-Long event from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 16, at Nocatee Station Field, 400 Nocatee Center Way. There will be Disney characters, a petting zoo and dessert food trucks. The event is being sponsored by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Beach Library and Nocatee. Remember to bring your own seating.
Career search workshop set for April 28
The Savvy Job Hunters Ministry of Christ Church will host a free Zoom workshop, “Your Professional Package and Tools for a Successful Career Search,” from 10 a.m. to noon April 28. Mega Open House Weekend is April 15-16
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty will conduct its next Mega Open House Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, April 15-16.
In Northeast Florida, new listings are up 8% over a year ago, and up 4% month-over-month. Pending sales are up 10% month-over-month. While increased listings provided buyers with more inventory to shop, it is still a seller’s market with a 3.4-month supply of homes. According to the National Association of Realtors, mid-April is the best time to put a home on the market.
The Mega Open House Weekend features open house viewings of the company’s listings of available homes. The listings encompass homes in a range of prices, styles and neighborhoods throughout Northeast Florida. Along with the in-person open houses, the event features virtual open houses on social media.
