St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Brandon J. Patty has presented the second edition of the award-winning Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR), “Tracking Your Tax Dollars: A Guide to St. Johns County’s Finances,” to the Board of County Commissioners.
