Ocean Palms Elementary School (OPES) recently thanked their volunteers by inviting them to a special breakfast.
The choir sang and performed using sign language. Volunteers were escorted to breakfast by Mrs. Fleck’s second graders and left with a homemade Otter spoon rest.
Principal Tiffany Cantwell recognized OPES Secretary Kerry Fodor for being the “heartbeat” of the school, who welcomes every volunteer with a warm smile. Fodor was in charge of organizing the breakfast.
