Pivot CPAs promotes three to partner

Pivot CPAs, a locally-owned independent CPA firm, recently promoted three of its staff to partner, announced Managing Partner, Peter Reynolds.

 

·         Pamela Bomba, tax partner, specializes in consulting and compliance for large, multi-state corporations, partnerships and their owners. She has experience with local, state and federal taxation and financial accounting. Bomba received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, and a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Florida. Pamela has been with the firm since 2005.

 

·         Darrell Clarkson, tax partner, works with local business owners and entrepreneurs on business, growth and tax strategies.  He has experience working with clients in the government contract, real estate, professional services, and food services industries. Clarkson received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and his Masters of Accountancy from the University of North Florida.  He has been with the firm since 2008.

 

·         Sheryl Tschimpke, assurance partner, provides attestation, accounting and consulting services to both private and public companies. She specializes in the construction, transportation, logistics and distribution, manufacturing and financial services industries. A United States Navy veteran, Tschimpke received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.  She has been with Pivot since 2005.
