Ponte Vedra Auto Show field overflows with cars, spectators

17th annual event hosted by St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, presented by Fields Auto Group

On Sunday, Sept. 22, The St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, hosted the 17th annual Ponte Vedra Auto Show presented by Fields Auto Group at the Nocatee Event Field. The cars were perfectly aligned allowing spectators to take an up-close, personal look. The field was overflowing with incredible, one-of-a-kind vehicles from the 1934 Ford two-door Sedan, the 1957 Grumman Delivery Kurbside and the 1932 Ford 3W Coupe Street Rod.

The PV Auto Show welcomed a staggering 250 entries of collectable and classic car participants with over 4,000 car lovers, enthusiasts and vendors in attendance. Notable awards included The Best in Show Classic, sponsored by Wells Fargo Advisors, awarded to Douglas Greer for his 1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe and the Best in Show 61st Anniversary of the Mini, sponsored by Vystar Credit Union, awarded to Nancy Marquis for her 1979 Mini Cooper Austin Cooper. The Porsche Jacksonville “For the Spirit of It!” award went to Bert Harris, sponsored by Porsche Jacksonville. The St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce presented the PV Auto Show in Nocatee for the fourth year in a row.
