Election Day for the 2024 Presidential Preference Primary Election is Tuesday, March 19. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 43 locations throughout St. Johns County.

This election is open only to registered Republican voters to vote for their presidential nominee and all voters in the City of St. Augustine to vote on a proposed charter amendment. To verify eligibility or to view your sample ballot, go to votesjc.gov/check-my-status.

Some Election Day polling locations have changed since the last election. The Supervisor of Elections would like to remind all eligible, registered St. Johns County voters to verify their polling location before leaving to vote. Voters can find their precinct on their voter information card or by going to votesjc.gov/find-my-polling-place.

Voters must present a current and valid photo and signature ID when voting in person. Voter information cards are not a valid form of identification when voting. Go to votesjc.gov/voting-information for a list of acceptable forms of ID.

Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections Office no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day, March 19, and can only be delivered in person to the Supervisor of Elections Office, 4455 Avenue A, Suite 101, St. Augustine, on Election Day. Vote-by-mail ballots cannot be returned to Election Day precincts.
