You spoke. We listened.

The top complaint our staff has run into in the community over the past two years is that our website, www.pontevedrarecorder.com, is simply too difficult to use. Whether it was the cumbersome paywall, difficult navigation or near-impossible system for downloading PDFs, our old website’s features simply did not cater to your needs.

Starting today, if you navigate to www.pontevedrarecorder.com, we hope that you will breathe a sigh of relief. We’ve launched a completely new website. Not only does the site have an updated look, but the back-end technology has also been completely revamped to make it easier to use.

DIRECT LINKS—NO LOGIN REQUIRED!

Our articles are easier than ever to share — whether you want to send a link via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media outlet.

MORE PICTURES

Whether you’re a local sports fanatic or you want to know if you were spotted while out and about at a social event, you’ll love our new photo gallery options. We can now offer you even more photos than what you currently find in our print editions.

YOUR EVENT LISTINGS

Our event calendar is easier to use than ever, and allows anyone in the community to submit an event listing.

E-EDITION

Powered by the easy-to-use JOOMAG technology, our entire print paper will be available online each week. Look for our bi-monthly magazine, The First Coast Register, online too!

MOBILE

Our new flexible design translates beautifully for mobile browsing, whether you access us via your tablet or phone.

What you’ll love about the new website but won’t be able to see is the fact that we have more flexibility than ever to respond to your preferences as readers. Want to see a feature that’s currently missing on the site? Having trouble with navigation? Simply send us your feedback, and we will set to work on making the new site exactly what you want.
