Throughout the month of October, the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra collected food items to be donated to the St. Johns Food Pantry. With the help of members, friends and local residents, the club was able to deliver more than 400 pounds of food worth approximately $3,500. In addition to the food donation, RCPV also donated more than $100 in cash to help the pantry order additional food items. On Oct. 29, Community Service Chair Dennis Baldwin and member Andy Erickson delivered the large truck load of food items. The items were received by Rich Nowell with the St. Johns Food Pantry with much gratitude.
