The St. Johns County Public Library and the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office will offer a two-day self-defense seminar from 2 to 4:45 p.m. on March 19 and 20 at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, 101 Library Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach.
The course will allow participants to practice self-defense skills with members of law enforcement who have the knowledge and background to educate in personal safety practices. The training is free, but since space is limited registration will be facilitated through a lottery.
