The Golden Panther Booster Club, Nease High School and UNF's Taylor Leadership Institute have announced the four winners of the Len Mattice Character and Leadership Award: Bella Kimball (cheer), Isabella Knight (track and field), Maddox Spencer (football) and Jackson Garnecki (basketball).
Each winner was presented $1,000 from Nease High School alumnus and PGA golfer Len Mattiace.
“Eleventh grade is such a pivotal time in one's high school time; I wanted to celebrate and acknowledge student athletes that bring the best at my alma mater, Nease High School,” said Mattiace.
