Tournament officials have announced that tickets to THE PLAYERS Championship 2023 are now available for newsletter subscribers. The 2023 championship is March 7-12.
Eligible fans will receive an email from THE PLAYERS with more information and instructions on how to purchase. Fans will be allowed to purchase up to eight tickets per day, per account. All tickets will be mobile only. In addition to newsletter subscribers, several other championship supporters can purchase at these prices.
“The Northeast Florida community has supported THE PLAYERS Championship in every facet of the event, and we are excited to once again deliver a tournament week our fans can take immense pride in,” said Jared Rice, executive director of THE PLAYERS. “THE PLAYERS is a 52-week commitment on our end as we focus our efforts on creating a meaningful impact throughout this region, all while putting forth one of the premier events in sport each March. I would encourage everyone to take advantage of this early-access offer to witness golf’s best players competing at TPC Sawgrass, where tradition, innovation and legacy create a can’t-miss week for our fans.”
On Dec. 1, tickets will be made available to the general public via THEPLAYERS.com/tickets.
Parking passes are not included in any ticket purchases. A separate parking pass is required each day of tournament week, Tuesday through Sunday, and must be purchased online in advance via THEPLAYERS.com/parking. Tuesday and Wednesday parking will be $15 per day, plus tax and fees; Thursday through Sunday is $40 per day, plus tax and fees.
Parking will not be sold on-site and all parking passes will be digital. Rideshare is also available and will drop off and pick up at the Couples entry off ATP Boulevard, a short walk from the 15th hole.
The Chip in For Charity program encourages the community to purchase tickets to THE PLAYERS in order to raise funds to support local nonprofits. All organizations must provide programs and/or services within at least one of THE PLAYERS’ charitable pillars: youth services, education, character development, health, wellness, and sports and military support.
Participating organizations will receive $40 from every competition round ticket (Thursday through Sunday) purchased in their name, while supplies last. Registration for charities is open now. Go to THEPLAYERSchipinforcharity.com for more information.
Birdies for Charity will return for THE PLAYERS 2023. Charities can earn funds by inviting donors to make a minimum contribution of $20 in order to guess the number of birdies during the 2023 tournament. The individual who comes closest to the correct answer will win $10,000. In addition to the donations collected, participating nonprofits will be eligible to receive funding through a bonus pool. More details are available at birdiesforcharity.playerschampionship.com.
