Toll Brothers, a luxury home building company, has announced plans to build Oakwood at Nocatee, a gated townhome community in the Nocatee development.
Located off Valley Ridge Boulevard, Oakwood at Nocatee will include 43 townhomes. Ranging in size from 2,250 to 2,500 square feet, each townhome will include first-floor master bedrooms and extensive interiors. Construction of the Oakwood at Nocatee sales center and model townhomes will begin in early spring, and the community is expected to open in fall of 2019.
Oakwood at Nocatee will include a community park and numerous mature oak trees.
