For the sixth year in a row, Underwood Jewelers has partnered with Angelwood to donate a piece of jewelry in conjunction with one of its designers.

This year, a pair of Roberto Coin double-diamond hoop earrings (retail value $2,950) were donated, and tickets to win them are available at the Ponte Vedra Beach Underwood’s location. The cost is $20 per chance or three chances for $50.

On Thursday, May 6, the earrings were unveiled during the Roberto Coin Trunk Show at Underwood’s in Ponte Vedra Beach. The event showcased Roberto Coin’s jewelry and drew attention to Angelwood, which serves children, adults, seniors and families living with intellectual and developmental differences such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and spina bifida.

Angelwood was also presented with a $10,000 Quality of Life grant from the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Foundation at last Thursday’s event. MDRT is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business. The MDRT Foundation was created in 1959 to provide MDRT members with a means to give back to their communities. Funds raised by MDRT members and industry partners were awarded to Angelwood for renovations to make the kitchen of one of the nonprofit’s group homes more accessible.

The winner of the diamond earrings will be drawn at the Angelwood annual celebration, “Soaring Possibilities,” on Aug. 21, at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach.
