United Way of St. Johns County is hosting a celebration for its community supporters, donors and volunteers to celebrate the organization’s 2016-2017 campaign and community impact efforts at the Casa Monica Resort in St. Augustine Aug. 24 from 5 to 7 p.m.
At the event, attendees will be able to socialize poolside, and United Way-SJC officials will provide an update on the last year while sharing plans for the future. According to United Way, the organization raised nearly 1.3 million dollars in St. Johns County last year - surpassing its goal of 1.25 million.
United Way is a leadership and support organization with a network of nearly 1,800 community-based locations in 45 countries and territories.
