A Ponte Vedra Beach adoption shelter for cats, called Katz 4 Keeps, found homes for many felines until it closed its door in March 2018.
But another cat shelter took up the cause September 30, when Love Me True Rescue opened at 5150 Palm Valley Rd., # 403.
Love Me True Rescue provides a home for kittens and cats before they find their forever homes. The organization finds them forever homes by holding adoption events every Saturday between 11 a.m and 3 p.m. People looking to adopt a kitten or cat are encouraged to stop in and see the facility and meet the cats.
