Davidson Realty welcomes new real estate agent

Northeast Florida firm Davidson Realty recently welcomed Sara Hamm as its newest real estate agent. Hamm has more than 10 years of experience in real estate investing. 

"Sara has solid real estate know-how and is dedicated to providing superior service to her customers," said Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson. "We are happy to have her on our team."

Hamm originates from Jasper, Indiana where she earned a business degree from Indiana Business College. She recently finished a computer programming degree at Florida State College at Jacksonville. 

Prior to earning her real estate license Hamm spent more than 10 years as a residential real estate investor. As a realtor, she looks forward to helping her customers throughout the buying and selling processes.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently welcomed Kimberly Witt to the BHHS Florida Network Realty Ponte Vedra office.

Born and raised in Northeast Florida, and with a B.A. in public relations from the University of Florida, Witt previously worked for the American Diabetes Association as the executive director for the Tour de Cure. 

Witt is a volunteer at HEAL (Healing Every Autistic Life), a Sunday School teacher and member of Christ Episcopal Church, an artist and a mother to four.

“Kimberly is a great addition to our team of professionals. Her level of compassion for clients and customers is served well by the tenacity with which she pursues their objectives,” said Kevin Waugaman, broker/manager of the Ponte Vedra office.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty also recently welcomed Hope Higginbotham to the BHHS Florida Network Realty Ponte Vedra office.

“We are excited to bring Hope on board in Ponte Vedra. She has a genuine conviction for others, and this will make for a very positive experience for her clients,” Waugaman said.

La Fontana at World Golf Village names new sales associate

La Fontana at World Golf Village, a new condominium community in the premier golf course neighborhood of World Golf Village, has named Larson Miniard as sales associate. Miniard will be working with The Condo Group LLC, which handles sales and marketing activities for La Fontana.

Miniard is a native of Ponte Vedra Beach and a 2012 graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary social studies. He has lived in Northeast Florida for 25 years.

“We are pleased to welcome Larson to the team at La Fontana,” said Mike Bugg, principal of The Condo Group LLC. “Having lived in Northeast Florida his entire life, he is very familiar with St. Augustine and the surrounding region, and he brings great enthusiasm to the unique community of La Fontana.”
