Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently added two agents — Dawn Marie Gravatt and Kim Romano — to its Ponte Vedra-Nocatee office.

Dawn Marie Gravatt, who has a Master of Arts in educational technology and library media from New Jersey City University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Rutgers University, is a dedicated educator and library media specialist with a reputation for trust with parents and administrators alike.

Gravatt spent the majority of her teaching career in New Jersey but has most recently worked for Ocean Palms Elementary School in Ponte Vedra as a K-5 school library media specialist. In her career, some of Gravatt’s responsibilities included planning and implementing library instruction that was aligned with educational curriculums, developing teacher training programs incorporating technology in the classroom and provided staff members with technical and collaborative support and training.

Gravatt’s background in education offers her a natural transition into working in the real estate world – from educating her clients about each step of real estate transactions to researching and preparing reports about the fast-paced real estate market of Northeast Florida.

For more information, call Gravatt at (904) 395-7102, email Dawn.Gravatt@FloridaNetworkRealty.com or visit DGravatt.FloridaNetworkRealty.com.

Kim Romano is responsible for providing best-in-class real estate solutions to buyers and sellers.

Prior to joining Florida Network Realty, Romano spent eight years at Jacksonville-based Acosta, where she served as the firm’s senior communications manager, supporting teams charged with driving greater sales and market share for consumer product manufacturers across the U.S. Her experience in strategic communications planning, branding and marketing, are in immediate alignment with the needs of those looking to buy or sell in today’s fast-paced real estate market.

Before joining Acosta, Romano served as an assignment manager for First Coast News, where she spent 10 years. In this role, she was entrenched in daily news coverage throughout Northeast Florida. Her tenure with this local news agency afforded Romano the opportunity to become familiar with the unique characteristics of each of the area’s neighborhoods.

For more information, call Romano at (904) 813-6923, email Kim@FloridaNetworkRealty.com or Kim@CoastalKim.com, or visit CoastalKim.com.

The Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office is located at 333 Village Main Street, Suite 670.
