Here’s a look at the schedules for Nov. 19, 20 and 21 of EnterCircle 2025. Note: This lineup has been updated from an earlier version to reflect changes in the program.

YOUTH SYMPOSIUM

The Youth Symposium will be held Nov. 19. Participants are students at area high schools.

  • 9 a.m. "F.A.I.L. to S.A.I.L."  by Shedrick  Williams, senior architect of innovation and venture designs at GuideWell Health
  • 9:30 a.m. "Creatorship: The Next Human Superpower" by Kurt Smith, COO, CarSaver
  • 10 a.m.  Presentation by Indie Bollman, CEO and owner of Indie Bollman Coaching and Consulting
  • 10:30 a.m. "Ideas for Entrepreneurship, Investing & Life" by Dan Glunt, co-founder of Hatter Angels Investment Program
  • 11 a.m. "Seat Your Table" by Marinda Bottoms, JSEB ambassador and business networking extraordinaire
  • 11:30 a.m. "The Pivot Principle: How to Turn Failure into Fortune When AI Changes Everything" by Lucas Wyman, founder of Code Alliance Incubator
  • Noon. Lunch
  • 12:30 p.m. "Careers in 2030" by Brad Morrison, CEO of GoWP
  • 1 p.m. "Surrender, but Never Give Up" by Rob Swymer, author, TEDx speaker

SMALL BUSINESS DAY

Small Business Day will be Thursday, Nov. 20. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served.
