Arts and cultural display to highlight Armada match

Jacksonville Armada FC will pay tribute to Northeast Florida’s arts community Saturday, July 23 with a special arts and cultural display prior to the team’s 5 p.m. match against the Ottawa Fury.

The festivities will begin at 3 p.m. at the Arts and Culture Village outside the stadium off E. Duval Street, where Jacksonville muralist Nico Suave will be paint an 80-foot mural wall. Fans are invited to paint with Suave, while children will have their own crafts area. The first 100 kids will be able to construct a Build and Grow chalk board planter.

The Museum of Science and History (MOSH) will be present, offering interactive activities. Food trucks will also be on site, and attendees will receive a limited edition scarf designed by local artist Varick Rosete upon entering the stadium.
