Thue-Jones joins NAI Hallmark as vice president 

 NAI Hallmark, the largest locally owned full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville, has announced the firm’s continued growth by expanding its team with the appointment of Dylan Thue-Jones as vice president.

Thue-Jones has been active in real estate since 2007. Prior to NAI Hallmark, he worked at 2EJ Real Estate & Investments after four-plus years of working as the director of real estate for a national retail developer. In those roles he managed both high-growth new store expansion and existing store portfolios. Thue-Jones has spent years traveling the Southeast region of the United States, working in numerous markets and counties with experience in site selection, entitlement and permitting.

Cathedral Arts Project names teaching artist fellow

The Cathedral Arts Project (CAP) has announced the appointment of Ashlee Collins as the Petway Teaching Artist Fellow in Visual Arts, a full-time position providing arts education programs for school-aged children. She begins her new role with the organization on Aug. 15. 

Collins previously served as an arts educator at Riverside Presbyterian Day School, Charter Schools USA and Duval County Public Schools. In her new role as a teaching artist fellow she will provide visual arts-based education and arts integration instruction in multiple schools and community sites throughout Duval County. In addition to curriculum development and implementation, Collins will also develop experiential learning opportunities for students such as guest artist workshops and field trips.

Baptist Health leaders featured on list of ‘up-and-comers’

Becker’s Hospital Review has named two Baptist Health leaders to its list of “up-and-comers” in IT health and revenue cycle management for 2023: Sara Meinke, senior director of IT ambulatory network innovation, and Steven Kos, senior director of revenue cycle application support.

The list includes individuals “leading the charge at hospitals, health systems and health care companies across the nation” who bring “a deep understanding of health care’s changing landscape and help their organizations adjust accordingly,” according to Becker’s.

CBK Advising expands with new hire

Jacksonville-based Karen D. Nutter, a published author, professional coach and corporate trainer through her business, CBK Advising, recently expanded her organization to include key areas of business with the expertise of Katie McCollum as the firm’s strategic sales and leadership adviser.

Jimenez named Engineer of the Year

Eric M. Jimenez, PE, vice president and director of Southeast Operations of Ardmore Roderick, was awarded the 2023 Engineer of the Year Award by Florida Engineering Society (FES). The Engineer of the Year Award is given annually to a member of FES who best exemplifies the ideal image of the professional engineer in recognition of establishing a record of consistent quality over a long period. The candidate also has a well-rounded record of achievement in education, employment and professional and public service activities.

Jimenez joined Ardmore Roderick in 2018 to expand their design and construction services in Florida. He has been responsible for more than $1 billion in design and construction services for various clients, including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Osceola County, Dart Interest and Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
