The annual Blessing of the Fleet was held Sunday, March 28, in St. Augustine. The Rev. Felipe J. Estevez, bishop of the Diocese of St. Augustine, offered the blessing from the docks of St. Augustine Municipal Marina. Vessels on the Matanzas Bay were invited to participate in the event, which kicked off with processional through the Plaza de la Constitucion led by the papal leadership of the Cathedral Basilica, the Knights of Columbus and St. Augustine’s Royal Family.
