Blue Jean Bash benefits women, children

The Alpha Omega Miracle Home’s Blue Jean Bash was a powerful, sold-out evening with more than 280 guests at Tringali Barn. Together with generous sponsors and donors, the nonprofit raised enough funds to provide 494 safe-sleep weeks for the women and children in its two-year transitional housing G.R.O.W. Program.

This night was more than a fantastic event with amazing food from Lena Asadolife, live auction items and fellowship — it was an impactful time to gather and hear the life-transforming testimonies of the women and children Alpha Omega Miracle Home serves. Each year, the Bash plays a crucial role in funding the housing and support services that truly change lives.

In addition to raising funds for daily operations, the nonprofit announced a $250,000 match to help build its new campus for 100-plus additional women and children; $81,000 has already been raised toward the match, and giving remains open through Dec. 31.

Alpha Omega Miracle Home expressed special gratitude to title sponsor The Richard and Joellyn Ray Family; Chris and Dawn Shee for opening the Tringali Barn to the event; Advantage Design Group for producing the powerful videos that share residents’ stories; and Madison Hobbs, owner of Two Sparrows Boutique, for serving as the special guest and master of ceremonies.

The nonprofit shared a statement of gratitude: “Thank you to all our amazing sponsors, guests and volunteers — we are deeply grateful for your partnership in helping us change lives. We truly couldn’t do this without you.”
