St. Johns County Fire Rescue Station 10 and the Sheriff’s Office responded to a car fire near the intersection of Mickler Road and A1A around 1:30 p.m. Oct. 26.
Firefighters from station 10 extinguished the fire and there were no fatalities. Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office kept traffic moving along A1A throughout the process.
The car on fire was a classic Porsche Speedster.
