Caring Chefs event to support children, families

Posted

Children’s Home Society of Florida will host its 42nd Annual Caring Chefs on Oct. 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. Presented by Southeast Toyota, the event will bring the Jacksonville community together for an evening in support of children and families.

Returning to the iconic Deerwood Castle, this memorable venue celebrates a new era of impact and elegance while honoring a shared history and deep community roots. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of food and beverage tastings, exclusive auction experiences and meaningful opportunities to connect with the mission to strengthen families and empower children across the Jacksonville community.

Proceeds from Caring Chefs benefit Children’s Home Society of Florida, helping advance a cradle-to-career approach that supports children and families at every stage of life. By addressing the factors that help children thrive from early childhood through adulthood, CHS is working to ensure every child is Ready to Grow, Ready to Learn and Ready to Earn, creating stronger families and communities for generations to come.

Tickets for Caring Chefs are available for purchase online at https://chsfl.org/events/caring-chefs, with sponsorship packages still available. CHS is grateful to presenting sponsor Southeast Toyota for its support of Caring Chefs and the children and families CHS serves across the Jacksonville community.

For nearly 125 years, CHS has evolved to meet the changing needs of children and families. What began with a focus on foster care and adoption has grown into a bold, statewide movement to address root causes of poverty and expand opportunity. For more information, go to www.chsfl.org.
