A popular local holiday tradition returns this weekend, as the dance program at Christ Church presents its annual Nutcracker Tea.
To be held Sunday, Nov. 20 at 4 p.m. at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, the Nutcracker Tea will offer attendees a preview of the 21st annual Christ Church Nutcracker Ballet, which will be performed Saturday, Dec. 10 at 6 p.m. at the University of North Florida’s Lazzara Theater.
The Christ Church Dance Ministry is directed by Felicia Rhoden.
Proceeds from the ballet will benefit a number of charities, including Pediatric Hospice, Dreams Come True and the Amistad Orphanage in Bolivia.
Admission is $25 for the tea and $22 for the ballet; tickets may be purchased online at www.missfeliciasdance.com
