Arlington Women's Club members Pat McBride, Emma Toomer, Sheila Brown-Jefferson and Lu Coberly gather non-perishable food for veterans in need at the Clara White Mission in Jacksonville on June 22. The meal was donated by Angie’s Subs in Jacksonville Beach. Prepackaged, non-perishable food for the veterans’ future meals was collected by the organization Turning Points in America. In addition to the Arlington Women’s Club, VFW 7909, the Ponte Vedra American Legion, the Ponte Vedra Tea Party, the Benghazi Tribute Team and numerous individual donors also provided stacks and stacks of prepackaged food servings.
