Mission House of Jacksonville Beach will host its annual Compassion by the Sea fundraiser from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 at 3 Palms Grille to support the homeless of Jacksonville’s Beaches community. The soiree is meant to raise money for Mission House clients to help get them off the street and back to a self-sufficient life.
The resort casual attire fundraiser is the nonprofit’s only large event of the year and will feature food, live music performed by local band Cloud 9 and dozens of donated auction items up for grabs. There will be a silent auction, live auction, wine pull and “fling the ring.”
3 Palms Grille is located at 254 Alta Mar Drive in Ponte Vedra Beach.
