Realtor Carlos Conde has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, working out of the company’s Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.
The Gainesville native recently returned to Florida after serving as the CEO of two independent energy exploration companies in Panama and Atlanta. He was most recently involved in the venture capital sector, working to acquire and develop a hotel and casino in Puerto Rico.
“Having recently decided to make this our permanent home, my family and I can completely relate to the draw of First Coast living,” said Conde, praising the region’s active lifestyle, top-rated schools and high-quality health care offerings. “Having the opportunity to team up with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty gives me a tangible advantage in Northeast Florida. It ensures my client base will have my nearly two decades of executive office experience paired with a team of local experts and an elite network of industry connections.”
Kevin Waugaman, broker/manager of the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office, said Conde would be a valuable addition to the Berkshire Hathaway HSFNR team. “With a background in international business and a drive to not only help his clients but to always better himself and his business, he is sure to succeed,” Waugaman said. “I’m sure that his star will rise far within our company.”
