To celebrate its 25th anniversary on Oct. 4, the Cultural Center of Ponte Vedra Beach hosted its first national exhibit, “1¢ LIFE,” as well as the 55th anniversary of the “1¢ LIFE” landmark publication, which debuted in 1964.
Guests came to the evening celebration in their favorite 1960’s attire, with outfits inspired from the luxurious Marilyn Monroe to the groovy vibes of Jimi Hendrix. Light snacks and an open bar were offered, along with a silent auction.
“Thank you to my staff for your team spirit, dedication and enthusiasm,” said Cultural Center Executive Director Donna Guzzo. “And remember that access to the arts is vital to a vibrant community, so I appreciate everyone here tonight.”
