Known for transforming the Alhambra Theatre & Dining into a top-tier cultural and dining destination, owner Craig Smith now brings that same strategic vision to the casual dining and sports bar space as he has acquired and revitalized the Dick’s Wings & Grill franchise located at 10750 Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville.

Joining him in the venture is his friend and longtime business partner Joel Slotnick, along with restaurant industry veteran Rob Langley.

The newly reimagined Dick’s Wings & Grill represents a significant investment in both the brand and the local community.

The restaurant underwent a complete interior renovation, featuring a sleek, modern design, upgraded kitchen operations, and a refreshed menu with elevated takes on crowd favorites.

As a longtime Jacksonville business owner, Smith and his partners saw an opportunity to breathe new life into a beloved local brand.

He is a Jacksonville-based entrepreneur and owner of the Alhambra Theatre & Dining, the number-one-rated dinner theater in the country according to USA TODAY, as well as St. Johns Food Service.

“This isn't just about aesthetics—it’s about creating an experience that meets the expectations of today’s dining customer,” Smith said. “We wanted to keep what people love about Dick’s Wings & Grill but also raise the bar. Dining out should be tasty, nice, and affordable. This Dick’s Wings & Grill checks all those boxes.”

Well known for revitalizing the Alhambra Theatre and transforming it into a thriving cultural hub, Smith—along with Slotnick and Langley—bring that same passion and business acumen to the Dick’s Wings brand.

The Atlantic Boulevard location now features expanded beverage options, enhanced entertainment offerings, and a renewed commitment to customer service.

The location’s modernization includes:

  •  A fully redesigned interior with contemporary décor and expanded seating.
  •  An enhanced food and beverage program, including upgraded bar service with a wide selection of bourbons and tequilas.
  •  Operational improvements focused on guest satisfaction, speed, and consistency.

This project is part of Smith’s broader commitment to revitalizing and reinvesting in local institutions that contribute to Jacksonville’s economic and cultural growth.

The Atlantic Boulevard location is now positioned to serve as a flagship model for what a modern Dick’s Wings & Grill can be.
