Episcopal's Beaches Campus holds graduations

Episcopal's Beaches Campus celebrated sixth- and fifth-grade graduates in two separate ceremonies on May 19 (sixth grade) and May 20 (fifth grade). Students would normally graduate in sixth grade, but because the school consolidated to one sixth grade on the Munnerlyn Campus for next year, fifth-graders also graduated.

Both days began with an art show organized by Gretchen Henson, Beaches Campus art teacher, and celebrated each graduate and their artwork this year.

Following the art show, the graduates participated in a ceremony that recognized their achievements and hard work at the Lower School Campus.

Graduates then received their certifications of achievement for meeting all the requirements to move up to middle school. The days concluded with outdoor receptions at the McCormick Hall Lunch Pavilion with refreshments and photo opportunities for families.
Grade six plaque awards: Aubrey Clark received the Rector’s Award, and Tatiana Burgess received the Head of Lower School Award.

Grade five plaque awards: Jackson Carl Margolin received the Academic Achievement Award, Benjamin Terrance Calloway received the Athletic Achievement Award, William Gibbs Dodrill received the Fine Arts Achievement Award and Davis Parker Philips received the Faith, Character, Culture Award.
