A strong turnout made this year’s 7th annual Legacy Trust Ponte Vedra Beach Home and Art Tour a major fundraising success for the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach.

Development Director Toni Boudreaux said she was quite pleased and that the Legacy Trust Home Tour raised more than $44,000 – a 21 percent increase over 2015 and the largest-grossing tour since 2010. As Boudreaux explained, the weather was wonderful for the tour and there was plenty of positive feedback on the tour’s five homes, each of which was topped off with its own unique touch.

Three of the homes were on Ponte Vedra Beach Blvd., another in The Plantation and one in Jacksonville Beach.

The festivities began the evening before the Home and Art Tour with the Sunset & Tapas tour. Guests were shuttled to two lovely homes that were not included on the home tour, where they visited with the homeowners and indulged in complimentary tapas-style hors d’oeuvres and wine.
