Award-winning filmmaker and best-selling author Dinesh D’Souza will be joined by Congressman Ron DeSantis to speak at “America at a Crossroads” on Saturday, Sept. 9 in Jacksonville.
To be held at 3 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Jacksonville, the event will include a memorial tribute to the four Americans slain in the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi. Among the guest speakers will be security expert Clare Lopez, the founder of the Citizens Commission on Benghazi Roger Aronoff, Libya expert Stephanie Jason and personal friends of the slain Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens.
Prior to the event, a VIP reception to welcome guest speakers is planned for 1:30 p.m. Music selections will be performed by the Let Freedom Sing Chorus, and after the main event, D'Souza will be available for book signings.
"We are honored to welcome renowned Dinesh D'Souza, Congressman DeSantis and
distinguished experts to Jacksonville,” event leader Beath Heath said. “Unsuspecting Americans across our country are facing turmoil and being murdered while going about their daily business. America at a Crossroads is the opportunity we all need to attend to understand what is happening in our country."
