First Coast Cultural Center artist members are invited to submit artwork and participate in the upcoming Artists’ Salon exhibit. The salon became a popular event for artists to gather and share their work, starting in the 1600s.
This event is designed to cultivate relationships within the local artist community and is a benefit for individuals with an Artist Level Membership or greater.
The exhibition will be open to the public July 11-26 during business hours at First Coast Cultural Center, 6000B Sawgrass Village Circle, Ponte Vedra Beach. An opening reception will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. July 11.
Artist members can provide up to two pieces at no cost. Please include: artist name, title of work, dimensions, category (2D, 3D, sculpture), price (or NFS) and medium. Paperwork can be turned in at the time when pieces are brought in.
A commitment of participation is due June 30. Email that to programs@firstcoastculturalcenter.org.
Pick-up dates are between July 29 and Aug. 2, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
