GreenPointe Communities was honored by the Florida Home Builders Association with Excel Awards for TrailMark, a new master-planned community located near World Golf Village in northern St. Johns County.
TrailMark received Excel Awards for Best Logo Design and Best Billboard, and an Excellence Award for Best Brochure. All awards were presented in the development/community division.

With an emphasis on healthier communities for today’s homebuyers, TrailMark’s logo design was inspired by the community’s natural landscape and Old Florida architecture. According to TrailMark, the design was intended to invoke feelings of renewal, harmony, warmth and a tranquil, outdoor lifestyle associated with the community.
Its billboard campaign reflects what its team calls the “hallmark of the community,” with a message of life being meant for good friends and great adventure.
TrailMark’s twine-wrapped brochure was designed not just to illustrate the community’s atmosphere and tell its story, officials said, but also to be flexible as the community grows. Its inserts are designed to be easily updated and allow the brand to remain consistent as the community grows. Each brochure element is printed on FSC-certified papers manufactured, with 100 percent renewable green electricity. They are processed chlorine free, are carbon neutral plus and carry the Green Seal Certification.
