Home builders David Weekley Homes and Dostie Homes held a grand opening event for Realtors Nov. 15 at The Ranch at Twenty Mile, a new neighborhood in Nocatee’s Twenty Mile community.

Site agents showcased the Waters and Thoreau models, which are the first homes to be built in the community. The Thoreau model is 3,536 square feet with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage, while the Waters model offers 3,460 square feet with three bedrooms (including a retreat and study), three-and-a half bathrooms and a three-car garage. Properties in the 52-home neighborhood will start in the high $500s and feature a variety of home designs, most with preserve and water views.

Located in St. Johns County in Nocatee’s northeastern corner off Valley Ridge Boulevard and Nocatee Parkway, Twenty Mile offers residents easy access to Nocatee’s amenities and Town Center and features an Old Florida style with oak trees and split-rail fencing. The community is zoned for St. Johns County schools, and a new K-8 school is currently under construction adjacent to the community.
