Junior Achievement of North Florida (JA) has announced its 40th Annual Golf Classic, a hallmark event supporting the nonprofit’s mission to prepare young people for economic success.
Taking place Monday, Sept. 29, at San Jose Country Club, the Golf Classic brings together Northeast Florida’s business community for a meaningful day on the green, all to benefit K-12 students across the region.
Over the last four decades, the JA Golf Classic has become a premier event for corporate leaders who are passionate about economic empowerment. This year’s 40th anniversary tournament will honor longtime Golf Committee Chair Rob Sandlin, recently retired from Florida Rock & Tank Lines after a 40-year career.
All proceeds from the event support Junior Achievement of North Florida’s educational programs, reaching almost 35,000 students annually across Northeast Florida.
A limited number of sponsorships remain for those looking to support JA’s mission while receiving premium exposure and engagement:
Note: Back Nine sponsorship includes a golf foursome.
“Sponsorships for the Golf Classic directly support students in our community by funding programs that teach essential life skills like financial literacy, career readiness and entrepreneurship,” said Shannon Italia, president of Junior Achievement of North Florida. “Your investment helps ensure more young people across Northeast Florida are prepared to thrive in the future workforce.”
