Daniel Burkhardt, CCIM, SIOR represented the seller, Burkhardt Distributing Co. Inc. The Buyer, Rulon International Inc., purchased the property for $10,467,500.
The property is a 72,831-square-foot, vacant, air-conditioned warehouse on 10 acres located on Inman Road in St. Augustine. The office portion was designed with a large open workspace, executive offices, conference rooms, as well as a large employee lounge area. The warehouse was designed with two large, air-conditioned areas, a receiving/loading area, and an enclosed drive-through area. In addition, there is a detached service garage area with two truck service bays.
