Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville is proud to partner with Ponte Vedra-based MDM Commercial, a renowned leader in technology solutions for lodging, health care, sports and fitness facilities and LG’s largest re-seller of commercial-grade televisions and displays in North America.
MDM Commercial CEO Steve Austin and his team of engineers and graphic designers creatively worked with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville staff to elevate families’ experience through the implementation of a user friendly Pro:Centric software.
The Pro:Centric software is a digitally customized software that mirrors Ronald McDonald House Charities’ branding, enabling families to easily navigate through RMHC’s amenities, employee roster, family activities and local attractions directly from their LG Electronics Pro:Centric Hospitality Smart TV within private suites.
“Steve Austin and his entire team at MDM Commercial continue to serve as tremendous supporters of our mission,” RMHC of Jacksonville Executive Director Diane Boyle said. “The time and work everyone has put in to complete this project is truly invaluable to our staff and the more than 1,500 families we serve each year. Being able to have important information at our families’ fingertips is just another way we can better serve children and their families who are seeking medical treatment here in Jacksonville.”
Austin was honored to supply the necessary equipment and staff expertise for the Pro:Centric software installation.
