Join Beaches Museum and the Timucuan Parks Foundation for a discussion with Will Dickey and Tom Schifanella on “Land and Air: The Nature Photography of Will Dickey and Tom Schifanella” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 15 at the Beaches Museum.
Discover Jacksonville’s wilderness parks through the lens of award-winning photographers Will Dickey and Tom Schifanella as they share the inspiration and techniques behind their spectacular images of Northeast Florida’s natural wonders. Dickey presents wildlife, land and seascape views on the ground while Schifanella offers a birds’-eye view captured by drone. A book signing will follow the presentation.
This event will take place in-person at Beaches Museum, located at 381 Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville Beach with limited attendance. Social distancing and masks are required. It will also be available virtually through Zoom.
The event is part of the Beaches Museum and the Timucuan Parks Foundation’s exhibit, “Celebrate & Explore Our Wilderness Parks.” This event is free to museum members with a $5 suggested donation for nonmembers
