The Sharks conducted a scrimmage last week to prepare for the upcoming season, and the Panthers have been training hard for their season opener, as well.
As usual, the two rivals, which are now in the same district, will open the season against each other at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, at Nease High School.
