PTO helps raise $60,000 for technology upgrades at OPE

Through events like the Otter Run and Groovin Havana Nights, Ocean Palms Elementary’s PTO helped raise $60,000 for new technology in the classrooms. Principal Tiffany Cantwell (center) accepted the check and announced the funds would be used for clear touch panels in every classroom. The money will also help fund other computer programs such as i-Ready and RAZ Kids.
