Registration for the Monique Burr Foundation’s Champions for Child Safety Pro Am Golf Tournament is now open.

To be held Monday, Nov. 28 at The Palencia Club, the tournament will enable participants to play golf with professional players. Pro golfers and Champions for Child Safety award winners Fred Funk, Jim Furyk and Mark McCumber will serve as returning honorary chairmen for the 2016 tournament.

Proceeds from the event will support MBF Child Safety Matters, a school-based prevention program that provides information and strategies to prevent child abuse as well as bullying both online and off.

Tournament registration is available online at www.mbfchildsafetymatters.org for players and sponsors. Prices start at $1,000 each for hole and tee sponsors and go up to $50,000 for a title sponsor. Donations can also be made at the site.
