It’s been a busy year for Rise at Nocatee, a new 55-plus luxury rental community located at 1200 Preservation Trail, Ponte Vedra Beach, just a mile from Nocatee Town Center. Announced in 2023, Rise at Nocatee welcomed its first residents last summer. Currently, its 178 apartments are 40% occupied and 45% preleased, but several are still available.

A grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony were held Jan. 9.

Rise at Nocatee is designed to foster a social, independent and welcoming environment. Among its amenities are: a cyber café, creative arts workshop, game room, 24-hour fitness center, music and media lounge, yoga studio and heated resort-style pool. In addition, the community maintains a full calendar of activities for residents to enjoy. YMCA instructors lead yoga and strength classes. Meet and Greets and the Paint and Sip classes/events are currently in full force. Plans are under way to possibly add water aerobics classes, as well.

Among the other activities being planned are a summer pool party and Lunch and Learn with the American Red Cross, focusing on hurricane season preparations.

The property includes a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a pet park and pet spa, outdoor grilling stations, private and covered parking and more.

The two-building community houses one- and two-bedroom apartments, while prospective residents may sign up for notifications for three-bedroom apartments. The buildings are four and five stories tall with elevators.

Floor plans start at 683 square feet and go up to 1,538 square feet. The apartments have ceilings up to 10 feet, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, high-speed fiber internet service and more.
