Rise at Nocatee will celebrate its first anniversary on Aug. 21, and it’s been a year of growth and excitement.
To celebrate, a party will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. that day and all are invited. There will be good food, drink and entertainment — and plenty of fun conversation.
Attendees are asked to RSVP. Contact information can be found at the community’s website, risepontevedra.com.
The 55-plus luxury rental community is located at 1200 Preservation Trail, Ponte Vedra Beach, just a mile from Nocatee Town Center. It welcomed its first residents in the summer of 2024 and held a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting later, on Jan. 9.
Today, 43% of the community’s 178 apartments are occupied and 52% are leased.
According to General Manager Jerry Shafer, apartment homes are going quickly, and Rise at Nocatee is offering to waive upfront fees if the application is completed within 48 hours. In addition, he said Rise at Nocatee will offer six weeks of free rent with a signed 12- to 15-month lease.
The community continues to offer daily activities, which grow in attendance as occupancy increases. In addition to the activities announced previously, Rise at Nocatee has added aqua aerobics.
“The residents love it,” said Shafer.
Rise at Nocatee has been nominated in five categories for the Ponte Vedra Recorder’s “Best of the Best of Ponte Vedra” contest.
