Salata Salad Kitchen opened the doors to its Nocatee location on April 7 and is the perfect place for those seeking healthier options. Salata offers six salad bases, more than 50 delicious toppings and 11 salad dressings made in-house. Their all-natural ingredients are chopped fresh every morning. They have a variety of proteins including salmon, shrimp, spicy chipotle chicken and turkey and their toppings include cheese, nuts, fruits, pasta, tortillas and croutons. Any salad can be made into a wrap, and their selection of lemonades and teas are quickly becoming a guest favorite.
Owner Jason O’Hara said that clean eating is something he values, as do many in the Nocatee community. He believes that clean eating goes with a clean environment and ensures a spotless and inviting dining space. The staff members are all very kind, attentive and welcoming to guests. There was a line forming right at noon, proof that Salata is sure to become a local favorite.
While Salata recently opened, O’Hara said the grand opening will be held on April 23. Salata did a drawing for one guest to win one free salad every week for a year, and the winner will be announced at the grand opening.
Guests can download the Salata app to unlock birthday gifts, double points and custom catering ordering through the app. Their hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Salata is located at 641 Crosswater Parkway, Suite B, Ponte Vedra.
