The SilverLeaf community in St. Johns County recently announced the launch of the community’s website, www.silverleafflorida.com. Future home buyers will now have a destination designed to inform them and connect them to the builders in St. Johns’ newest master-planned community.
“The development planning for the SilverLeaf community began 2006, and the launch of our new website brings us one step closer to selling new homes in the community,” said owner David Hutson of the Hutson Companies. “We are excited for the future of this community and how it will enhance St. Johns County.”
The Hutson Companies has already partnered with several builders to bring new homes to the area. The first two neighborhoods that are currently being developed in SilverLeaf include Holly Forest and SilverLeaf Village.
Holly Forest by Dream Finders Homes will feature 20’ and 24’ townhome lots and 53’ and 63’ single-family lots. This neighborhood will feature homes ranging from approximately 1,250 up to 3,000 square feet.
SilverLeaf Village by Ashley Homes, MasterCraft Builders Group, and Riverside Homes will consist of 53’ and 63’ single-family lots. This neighborhood will feature homes ranging from approximately 1,800 up to over 3,000 square feet.
