Reservations are now being accepted for the 36th Annual Red Rose Ball.
Hosted by St. Vincent’s HealthCare Foundation, the gala benefit will be held Feb. 3 at 7 p.m. at the Jacksonville Marriott at Southpoint. The theme of this year’s event is “Champagne in the Enchanted Garden.”
Each year, the Red Rose Ball raises money for various projects at St. Vincent’s HealthCare. Last year, more than 500 guests attended the event, which raised more than $385,000. Proceeds from this year’s event will be used to provide lung health education to the community and to purchase new equipment to more effectively care for potential lung cancer patients.
“The Red Rose Ball is an opportunity for our friends in the community to help us help those most in need,” said St. Vincent’s HealthCare Foundation President Jane R. Lanier. “Through the generosity of this community, we are able to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars each year at the Red Rose Ball for programs that help us accomplish our mission to provide compassionate care to everyone.”
