The lakefront lifestyle community of Beacon Lake is celebrating the model grand opening of Beacon Lake’s newest builder, Toll Brothers.
The grand opening event is Feb. 13-14 and highlights Toll Brothers’ new two-story, 3,152-square-foot, designer-decorated model home, Roseberry Elite.
During the event, visitors will also have an opportunity to tour Dream Finders Homes’ three single-family models and three townhome models. They may also take an exclusive tour of Lake House, Beacon Lake’s amenity and fitness center.

The event is free and open to the public. Face masks are required for entry, and social distancing guidelines will be enforced. Visitors are asked to register in advance on Eventbrite for the Beacon Lake Model Grand Opening Weekend event.
At Beacon Lake, Toll Brothers is offering spacious single-family homes showcasing craftsman, farmhouse, island-inspired and Tuscan home designs to complement the community’s coastal-inspired architectural style and lakefront setting.
The Landing at Beacon Lake, a gated neighborhood with views of Beacon Lake and Lake House, offers five innovative home designs on 73-foot home sites. Priced from the mid-$400,000s, floorplans will range in size from 2,600 square feet to 3,680 square feet.
Anchored by a 43-acre paddle-friendly lake and nestled within 358 acres of nature preserve, the 8,200-square-foot Lake House features a junior Olympic swimming pool, fun pool and splash park, plus a crew house for kayak rentals and a demonstration kitchen.
